9:05a - 10:15a Division 1a Girls: 10 - 12 = 8 teams

9:25a - 10:25a Division 1b Boys: 10 - 12 = 8 teams

10:30a - 11:45a Division 2a Girls: 13 & 14 = 8 teams

10:50a - 11:55a Division 2b Boys: 13 & 14 = 8 teams

12:00p - 1:15p Division 3a Girls: 15 & 16 = 8 teams

12:20p - 1:25p Division 3b Boys: 15 & 16 = 8 teams

1:30p - 2:45p Division 4a Girls: 17 - 20 = 8 teams

1:50p - 2:50p Division 4b Boys: 17 - 20 = 8 teams

3:00p - 4:15p Division 5a Ladies: 21 - 29 = 8 teams

3:20p - 4:20p Division 5b Men: 21 - 29 = 8 teams

4:30p - 5:45p Division 6a Ladies: 30 & Up = 8 teams

4:45p - 5:50p Division 6b Men: 30 & Up = 8 teams


(To Participate) COST: $16/per TEAM or $4/player


Each team may consist of no more than 4 players
Only 3 play at a time, with an option for (1) substitute
There will be (1) court monitor at all games
Game lasts (5-7) Mins (running time until final 30secs)
Scoring Possession will be losers out

Double Elimination may apply if a Division is short a team(s)
Championship Game may run best (2 of 3) if time permits
Participants will be notified updates before current/next game begins

All players must provide valid documentation before their 1st game.
Players under 16 are to provide proof of age with any of these methods: (Parent/Guardian Present, Birth Certificate, Report Card, School ID w/DOB, Worker’s Permit, Driver’s Permit/LI, Voter Registration Card).

Each participant will get (1) T-shirt matching color of other teammates.
Colors are blue, gold, green, grey, orange, purple, red, and yellow
Winning team for age division will receive trophy/medal & cash prizes.

“4-FOR-4” Basketball Challenge is open on a 1st come basis

Males & Females (Ages 10-20 / 21 -29 / 30+)

Space is Limited!!!

**Arrive at least 30mins before your Division begins**

During this event WE will offer/host: live entertainment, FREE community awareness campaigns consisting of health screenings, fairs (college/jobs), and drives (eg; blood, food, clothing, shoes, books, and toys), that will be used to support numerous distress areas and local community families.

Area IV, Frisoli, Gately, Moore, or Russell(West)
